Everything you need for a working web presence is included.
Is there an upfront fee?
For most builds, no. There's no upfront fee and you simply pay the $52 monthly rate. The only exception is an unusually complex build, like a large e-commerce store or a custom integration, which may carry a one-time setup fee. If that applies to your project, we'll tell you and quote it clearly before any work starts. No surprises.
Do I have to be a Tampa Bay Pay processing client?
Yes. This program is offered exclusively to merchants who process their payments through Tampa Bay Pay, with special exceptions only. If you're not a client yet, we can show you what switching your processing looks like during a free rate review. Most clients save money on processing while gaining access to this website program at the same time.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most builds are live within two to three weeks of kickoff, depending on how quickly you can get us your content, photos, and brand details. Simpler sites can launch faster. We use Claude Code to accelerate the build process, which is why we can deliver a real site this quickly without cutting corners.
When will I start seeing SEO results?
Local SEO and Google Business Profile changes can show results in 30 to 90 days. Broader organic SEO typically takes 4 to 6 months to show meaningful rankings for competitive keywords. We're honest about this — anyone promising overnight SEO results isn't being straight with you. A solid keyword foundation and consistent maintenance are what make SEO compound over time.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time with zero fee. No contract, no penalty, no questions. If you cancel, the site comes down and your domain transfer is handled per the agreement. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Do I own my website?
The site is built on the GoHighLevel platform and hosted by us as part of the service. Your content, your domain, and your brand are yours. If you ever leave, we'll work with you on a clean transition for your domain and content.
How does the SEO work?
We start with real keyword research for your business and service area, then handle the on-page SEO foundation at launch — titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup, image alt text, internal linking, sitemap, and Search Console submission. We set up your Google Business Profile and build local landing pages for the areas you serve. Then we keep the site maintained and monitor performance over time.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. If you already have a website, we can either redesign it on our platform or build something new from the ground up. Most clients choose to start fresh because our platform gives us more flexibility to keep the site fast and SEO-optimized going forward.
How do I request edits?
Just email or text us what you need changed. New hours, updated pricing, new staff bio, swapped photo, new service page — whatever it is, we handle it. No hourly billing, no change orders. Ongoing maintenance and reasonable edits are part of the $52 monthly rate.
