Merchant services is the umbrella term for everything that lets a business accept card payments — the merchant account that holds your processing, the gateway that routes transactions, the hardware (terminals, mobile, POS), the deposit timing, the reporting, the security compliance, and the support behind it all. Every business that takes a card payment uses merchant services. The difference is whether yours is set up well or whether you're overpaying because nobody ever optimized it.
How do you keep pricing transparent?
We offer interchange-plus pricing as our standard model — you see the wholesale cost from Visa/Mastercard plus a small, fixed markup. No tiered pricing games where "qualified" rates apply only to a fraction of your transactions. No padded interchange. Do you require contracts or have cancellation fees?

How long does setup take?
Most merchant accounts get same-day approval once we submit your application. From signed application to processing your first transaction is typically 1-3 business days. Hardware delivery and on-site installation get scheduled around your business. We handle the entire setup; you stay focused on running your business.
Will I have to change my POS system?
Usually not. We work with most major POS systems — Clover, FigurePOS, UnionPOS, TableTurn, SwipeSimple, and many others. If you're already on a POS you like, we can typically just swap the processor underneath it without changing your hardware or workflow. If your current POS is contractually locked to its processor, we'll be upfront about that limitation.
What if my current processor won't let me out?
We've seen every contract clause and termination fee playbook out there. If you're locked in, we'll help you figure out the actual exit path — how much it costs, when your renewal window opens, what notice is required. Sometimes the math says wait. Sometimes the savings outweigh the early termination fee within the first few months. We'll show you the numbers honestly.
Do you charge for PCI compliance?
