Meet the Team

Zachary Gottlieb

CEO/Founder

I started in the payment processing industry over five years ago, not knowing what “merchant services” even meant—just like many business owners I meet today. I quickly realized that payment processing is one of the most critical yet misunderstood aspects of running a business. My mission is to educate, support, and help local entrepreneurs keep more of their hard-earned money while simplifying their payment solutions.

After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2014, I built experience in management training, customer service, and sales before spending several years in the service industry in Wilmington, NC. In 2020, I transitioned into merchant services , helping restaurant owners implement in-house online ordering systems to save thousands in third-party fees.


In 2021, I founded Exzact Business Solutions in St. Petersburg, FL, expanding beyond online ordering to offer comprehensive payment solutions. Now, as Tampa Bay Pay, we are focused on becoming the premier local provider for merchant services, payment processing, and POS systems. Our team has helped over 200 business owners while earning 100+ five-star Google reviews.

We proudly work with small businesses and mid-market companies across a wide range of industries—including hospitality, retail, trades and home services, eCommerce, professional services, and non-profits. Whether you’re just getting started or processing millions annually, there’s no threshold to who we can help.

In addition to in-person payment solutions, we specialize in card-not-present environments—offering seamless software and CRM integrations, including QuickBooks and other invoicing or billing platforms. From low-risk to high-risk industries, our mission remains the same: to deliver customized, reliable payment solutions, eliminate unnecessary fees, and help businesses grow with confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach, on the golf course, or hanging out with my dog, Bleu. And while I might be slightly overconfident in my ping pong and pool skills, I’m always up for a challenge!

Andrea Chavez

Customer & Administrative Support Manager

As an account manager and POS troubleshooting/customer service support professional, I have extensive experience providing personalized support to our clients.

Whether it's helping to troubleshoot POS issues or delivering top-notch customer service, I am committed to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

My specialization lies in catering to our vibrant Hispanic community, where I have dedicated myself to building strong relationships and working diligently to provide a wonderful experience. Recognizing the unique needs and preferences within this community, I am passionate about tailoring our services to create a seamless and culturally sensitive interaction.

Through effective communication and a deep understanding of their requirements, I strive to exceed expectations and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our valued Hispanic clientele.

Alexandra Reyes

Customer & Administrative Support Specialist

As an Account Manager with a strong background in POS troubleshooting and customer service, I specialize in delivering tailored support that meets each client’s unique needs. I take pride in providing fast, efficient solutions, whether resolving technical issues or ensuring smooth day to day operations while maintaining a high standard of personalized service.

I am especially passionate about supporting our vibrant Hispanic community. With a deep cultural understanding and a commitment to clear, empathetic communication, I work hard to foster trust, build lasting relationships, and provide a seamless, culturally respectful experience. My goal is to not just meet expectations, but to consistently exceed them, making every client interaction a positive one.

I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years of sales experience. I was born in Puerto Rico to Argentine parents, and I am fluent in Spanish. I deeply value transparency and trust in all my client relationships. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and believe in building connections that go beyond business, turning clients into friends.

I am also a sales coach and trainer, dedicated to teaching and helping others succeed in the sales industry. I love mentoring, sharing my knowledge, and empowering people to reach their full potential.

Committed to providing exceptional customer service, I am always available to support those I work with, recognizing that strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success. Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, Marcela, who is from Brazil.

Account Executive

I’m an Account Executive with over 7 years of experience helping all types of businesses simplify their credit card processing. I’ve worked with merchants across New York, Rhode Island, Georgia, and Florida, supporting businesses of all sizes with customized, reliable payment solutions.

I proudly serve clients in both English and Spanish, focusing on clear communication, honest pricing, and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother to my 21- year-old son, a soccer enthusiast, and a fan of cocktail mixology—interests that reflect my love for teamwork, creativity, and connecting with people.

William Tylor

I am a Sales Representative serving the Tampa Bay region, focused on helping local businesses find smarter, more efficient payment solutions. As a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), I bring a relationship-driven approach and strong communication skills to every client interaction.

I work closely with business owners to evaluate their current payment systems, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and implement customized solutions that support their day-to-day operations. I take pride in being accessible, transparent, and dependable, ensuring ongoing support well beyond the initial setup.

Given away at a gas station in Florida, Bleu’s been winning hearts since day one. Now proudly serving as Tampa Bay Pay’s Chief Tail-Wagging Officer, he’s on a mission to spread smiles everywhere we go—one wag at a time. With a nose for good vibes and an unshakable work ethic (naps are work, right?), Bleu reminds us that joy is part of the job. Some clients even demand to see him instead of Zac—and honestly, we get it. Whether he’s stealing snacks, supervising from under the desk, or just being his adorable self, Bleu proves that great service should always come with a smile (and maybe a treat).
