FigurePOS · Our Preferred Restaurant System

The restaurant POS we actually recommend

FigurePOS is purpose-built for full-service dining, fast casual, and bars — and it's the system we reach for first. Because our processing partner is a majority stakeholder in Figure, you get direct support and deeper integration than any reseller can offer. Set up in person, by a local team.

Why We Recommend Figure

Most resellers sell you a box. We're built into the platform.

Here's the difference that matters: our processing partner is a majority stakeholder in FigurePOS. We're not a third party reselling someone else's software with no leverage when things go wrong.

That ownership translates into real advantages for you — faster support, tighter integration with your processing, and a team that can actually get things fixed instead of opening a ticket and waiting. When your POS and your processor are this closely connected, the whole setup just runs cleaner.

That's why Figure is the system we reach for first for restaurants and bars — not because someone told us to sell it, but because we can stand behind it completely.

Direct support, not a help desk
Because of the partnership, issues get routed to people who can actually solve them — fast.
Deep processing integration
Figure and your payment processing are tightly connected, which means fewer breakpoints and cleaner reporting.

Figure Questions

What restaurant owners ask before switching to Figure

What kind of restaurants is Figure best for?
Full-service dining, fast casual, bars, and pizzerias. If you manage tables, run a kitchen, take phone or online orders, or work a bar rail, Figure is built for it.
How does the demo work — in person or online?
Whichever you prefer. We usually run a live demo with our POS team over Zoom so you can see Figure in action quickly, but we're happy to come to you in person with a laptop if that's easier. Either way it's free, takes about 30 minutes, and there's no commitment.
Why do you recommend Figure over other restaurant POS systems?
Our processing partner is a majority stakeholder in FigurePOS, which means direct support and deeper integration with your processing than a third-party reseller can offer. We can stand behind it completely.
Do I have to buy the hardware?
Equipment is handled as part of your Figure subscription and setup — we match the right configuration to your restaurant and get it installed for you. Setup, onboarding, menu build, and training are covered by a one-time setup fee starting at $599, quoted upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I run dual pricing on Figure?
Yes. We set up compliant dual pricing so cash customers get a lower price and card fees are offset — many merchants end up paying $0 in processing fees. We handle the configuration, signage, and receipts.
Will you set it up and train my staff?
Yes. Figure includes a one-time setup starting at $599 that covers onboarding, menu build, install, and staff training — quoted upfront based on your specific setup. We handle the install remotely with Figure's team, and we can be there in person to run it on our end at no extra travel charge. The only added cost is if Figure flies their own team out, which is billed as travel. After setup, we stay reachable by phone, text, and email.
Is there a contract?
No. Every agreement is month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fees.
